Permits Ready for Pick-Up

Below is a list of permits that are ready for pick-up at Town Hall.  Permits (with back-up material) must be posted at the permit address before work may commence and during permitted work.  If work is done without a permit and/or if permit is not posted, additional fees will be imposed (see Ordinance No. 585).  Permits (with back-up material) must be posted at the permit address when inspections are scheduled or the inspection will fail ($50 re-inspection fee imposed after every failed inspection.)
